Ready for an online experience that's fun for you and your entire family? Welcome to the American Family Interactive Tree.

The Tree gives you an opportunity to create a special kind of family tree -- a tree that not only allows you to show the people who compose your family, but to tell their stories. And by telling their stories, you'll create a picture of your family as a whole that shows why it's unique. You'll also be creating an invaluable family history.

You'll answer questions about where and when family members were born, what their interests are, what moments have shaped them, and many others. If you don't have all the answers, don't worry! You'll be able to e-mail members of your family about the tree, and they'll have the ability to help you complete it. And when the tree is done, you'll be able to print out the information entered for each family member.

It's time to tell the story of your family.

A Parallel Universal Concept

Thee SmartConcept, a division of WilliamsRoutt

There is something about when children now-a-days leave home and strike out on their own, that contributes to the problems of the world today. Not all, mind you, but MOST become the Suspect or the Victim. The rest become Leaders or Followers. The Leaders have to choose who to lead from this pool of Followers, Suspects and Victims. The Suspects dictate the direction of the world. The Victims, some of which become Suspects, the rest are traumatized for life or die from their trauma. The Followers, if not careful, will follow any lead and the Leaders work with what they have to work with, in what ever way they can and there in is the problem. Any way they can with what they have to work with. Some Leaders even, slip and become the Suspect and/or Victim, then there you have it, the Problems of the World. Popa may have or Moma may have, but God Bless a Child.

If more newborn Babies retain that one trait, that is so clear to see, but difficult to define and retain, that all of us are blessed with from our very beginning, as we develop into adult babies, on into teenage adults, on into adults, on into elder adults, the Worlds Families would remain a family and not become a Suspect that begot a Victim that begot a Suspect that begot just because they can beget. This one trait has the power to beget a family, that begot a follower, that begot a Leader, that temporarily Physically heads the family, which is clear to see, but difficult to define... The real strange thing is, it's so vividly clear and yet, you can't teach it, define it or create it, all you can do is embrace it, retain it and partake in it's retention.

Look at how everyone in the family is with the newborn baby and how the newborn baby is with the family. I'm not talking about its' total dependency, but that traits total dependency. I'm not talking about its' financial dependency, but that traits Financial dependency. I'm not talking about its' growing up and never leaving the house, but it must never, ever, never, leave the home. This is where that trait resides. When a child grows up and leaves home, so does that trait. When you beget, you begot and when you begot you begot FOREVER as long as you live in your generation, and if a child so much as leave home, there goes that trait and the cycle begins again. This trait should not cycle. There in is a problem. This trait can not be handed down or revived, it can only be retained, from begot to beget through begot to... This is the Family Trait.

The greatest investment any family can make is to forever invest in and support this trait in every and all ways possible, as long as you live in your generation. And when I say family, I mean every one. I don't just mean this trait a newborn so vividly displays, but this same trait that is somewhere in us all. Husband Wife, Son Daughter, Girlfriend Boyfriend, Son-in-law Daughter-in-law, Grand Child Great Grand Child... Your home is the Family Bank. Your home is the Family Church. Your home is the Family Cafeteria. Your home is the Family School. Your home is the Family Hospital. Your home is the Family Rest Home. Your home is the Family home FOREVER. If not, you flirt with DISASTER when the cycle has to begin over again, and this trait not be retained.

Everyone must make their deposits into the family Bank, and then the Family discuss, decide and make diversified deposits into stocks, bonds, mutual funds, banks, trust funds, etc. Everyone must attend the Family School to monitor, assist and/or do homework, especially continuing Ed. Everyone should work and eat in the Family Cafeteria, and have a hand in all, as cook, grocery shopper, delivery, bust boy/girl, etc. Everyone must study/teach from their daily personal real life experiences, in the Family Church and worship/praise in the Community Church, so as to not allow the creation of a generation gap or become a Cult. It makes no difference, weather coming into, recovering in, or going out of this World, it is so vividly clear what the Family Hospital and Rest Home is for, is this not clear to you? You can retain the Family Hospital/Rest Home always or attempt to revive it later, either way all may/will come to need such a place one day and it is great that Ed and continuing Ed is maintained in this area by every family member, like now, being the great time as it is.

Again the real strange thing is, this is so clear and yet, you can't teach this, define this or create this, and if you could and did, the cycle would have begun again, as would the flirt with DISASTER, as would the contribution to the problems of the world, as would, Popa may have or Moma may have, but God has continued to Bless a Child, and all that need be done is for a child to retain this blessing, as the Family partakes in the retention of this trait. This trait is given to all that comes to this Planet and is gone the instant a child leaves home, instead of just leaving the house...

If one now-a-days, do not embrace and partake of the home that is the Family Bank, the Family Church, the Family Cafeteria, the Family School, the Family Hospital, the Family Rest Home, FOREVER, which is, FAMILY, one will cycle newborn proprietorships and partnership, beginning the cycle over again and again, instead of filling the position at an appropriate Family Member Corporate Level with each generation begot, to fortify and continue the retention of the Family trait, a small contribution to the huge solution of Family, that has already begun (Home, School, Church, Hospital, Rest Home, Financial Institution). Leaving home and starting another new proprietorship and/or partnership, with each generation, is not a solution, it's a flirt with DISASTER.

They that have and ear, let them hear, embrace, partake, follow, and lead, in your own generation and your generations to come, now and forever more. Don't flirt with DISASTER, Incorporate your subsidiaries and live forever...

Forward thinking and forward moving organizations thinks of diversity practices synonymous with leadership and management excellence.

" In order to take the diversity movement to the next level, responsibility for diversity work must shift from civil obedience in our communities to initiatives within corporations.  Corporations committed to diversity and inclusion will lay a solid foundation for the next wave of progress."

The Birth of the Nonviolent Movement

As Black History month comes to a close, we rebroadcast the second portion of our live program at Alabama State University commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Montgomery Bus Boycott. The nonviolent movement and the impetus for it are explained in detail, as well as the arduous steps taken in which to forward it.

Rev. Joseph Lowery, co-founder of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference details how the “nonviolent” movement came to be. Johnnie Carr, lifelong friend of Rosa Parks tells the story of how a modest unassuming woman became the center of the civil rights struggle. Congressman John Lewis, tells how the Montgomery Bus Boycott and the efforts of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. inspired him to become a public servant John Knight, Alabama State Representative explains how although it’s been 50 years since the struggle began…Montgomery has new problems that need to be addressed of equal importance. Lonnie Bunch, Historian and Founding Director of the National Museum of African-American History and Culture, offers a historical perspective and the ultimate significance of the Montgomery Bus Boycott and how it shaped the United States.
